Valuation reports under ECO regulation

Valuation reports in Spain must comply with national regulations (ECO/805/2003) and be issued by a valuation firm accredited by the Bank of Spain. Tecnitasa Baleares meets this requirement in full. This report is mandatory when purchasing a property with a mortgage in Spain — even if your bank is based abroad, as long as the property is located on Spanish territory.
